I Love to KNIT . com

I love to knit.  I love the process and the product.  I love to think about knitting, read about knitting, talk about knitting.

I love to teach knitting.  I love that it can be simple, soothing, and mindless or challenging, intense, and brain exploding.

I love to tackle something really, really difficult and feel the Ah-haaaa come when I finally get my brain wrapped

around it.

I love to knit in the dark or with my eyes shut.  I love to give away my knitting to people who also knit and know that it is a gift of love.  I simply love to knit.

About Me:  will share some of my favorite books, sites, etc.

Lessons: is a blog format that results from questions my

students ask in class or in the store or where ever.

Classes:  is a list of the classes I teach.  I’m always looking

for new ideas so if you have any please let me know.

I’m also willing  to travel a little.  If you have a knitting

shop and want a new face but not the expense of a Big

        Name, we could investigate possibilities.

Patterns: will one day be a place where you can purchase my

patterns on-line.  It’s still under construction.

Happy New Year.

2010 brings me three things -

  1. 1. A new version of iWeb.

  2. 2. a new charting program, Knit Visualizer, and

  3. 3. a friend who worked on my website for a class project and showed me many ways to improve this site.

So, the NY Resolution is to spend January doing some updating.  I won’t publish anything until I learn to use the new software so be patient with me.  No major changes but improved format and greatly improved charts.  Then some new stuff.
